Ferrero’s distribution centre in Ternat, Belgium, is a building that has undergone numerous alterations and extensions. Its floor area is small compared to the number of pallets handled there every day. A safety project prompted us to find a solution for marking out a clearly visible footpath. SolidLux Instant Coating provided the solution.
The challenge
The biggest challenge for Ferrero was that, due to the constant rubbing of the pallets against the floor, the paintwork would become damaged and wear away quite quickly. After some research, Zadvies recommended SolidLux Instant Coating. After four months
Even after four months, the footpath still retains its attractive colour. There is indeed no sign of wear and tear. The paint coating is very easy to clean. Both dust and rubber residues are easy to remove. Degraeve: “The application process went quite smoothly as well. Roughening the surface and applying the various coats is quick and does not produce any dust or odour.”
The conclusion
All in all, Degraeve can draw only one conclusion: ‘We are very satisfied with the installation and technical support provided by Zadvies!’
